for all aspects of AML and Terrorist Financing processes
andprocedures·        Managementof
continuous development of strategies to prevent the misuse of new
productsand
technologies·        Ensuringcompliance,
legal and regulatory requirements with the Payment
ServicesSupervision Act
(ZAG)·        Prepareand
update the institution-specific risk analysis and control plan and
carryout control
measures·        Mentor and
coach staff within the department As Directorof Compliance,
you should
have:·        Aminimum of
10 years of experience in
Compliance·        Comprehensive
knowledge of the product, work andprocess flows of the financial
institution or
bank·        Strong
analytical, problem-solving andorganizational skills and the
ability to handle multiple to run
concurrentprojects·        Excellent
entrepreneurial judgment and strategicthinkingFluentin both German
and English
