winning team – Shape the mid- and long-term business strategy for
mobile.de’s Dealer business
unit·       Steer various aspects of
the Strategic topic development to sustain future
growth·       Identify new business
opportunities by ongoingly challenging the way we are currently
doing things·       Continuously
screen and assess the competition of the dealer business from
various angles·       Monitor market
conditions and trends, incl. identification and assessment of
competitive threats and opportunities in and outside of the core
business·       Lead cross-functional
topic teams to execute on our
strategy·       Derive Business Cases
for key opportunities and big
bets·       Build the bridge to our
international ebay classified entities’ business
strategies·       Prepare strategic
topics and status comprehensive for middle and senior
managementYour profile:·       
5+ years of work experience in Business Development and/or Strategy
and/or·        Consulting and/or
Venture Capitalist or similar background, preferably with an
e-commerce, classifieds or     automotive
profile·        Master’s degree
or similar·        Proven track
record in project steering, project management and
execution·        Fast
apprehension, strong ability to identify and focus on top
priorities, excellent logical and analytics
skills·        Ability to work
highly independently and deal with complexity and ambiguity in a
very dynamic environment·       
From strategy to execution: You don’t just build concepts, but you
are able to develop realistic next steps with x-functional
teams·        Experience in a
matrix and cross-functional
organization·        Team player
with high personal
engagement·        Exposed and
experienced to work in an agile environment of a e-commerce /
Tec-company·        High
proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and
