Production worker, Blokker (Nordhausen)

Plukon produces and sells poultry meat for the consumer market and
is located close to Hoorn. Everyday, a large quantity of chicken
fillets, chicken legs and chicken wings are made and shipped to the
supermarkets and distribution centers throughout the country. So
what are your responsibilities as a production worker? As a
production worker your tasks are to check, sort, package and label
the outgoing products. You ensure that the process runs smoothly
and if you do your work very well, then you will be able to grow
further within Plukon! Maybe you are after a few years the new

As production worker at Plukon you will be working in two
production shifts; a day shift from 07:30 – 16:30 and an evening
shift from 16:30 – 01:30. Working days are from Monday till Friday.
It is important that you can also work during the evening shift. At
Plukon you work in a cold environment  (4-8 degrees Celsius).
So if you work in the hot summer, you can cool down at Plukon! We
can also tell you that at Plukon you will have nice colleagues and
a good working atmosphere.

What we have to offer you?

• Starting salary of €9,92 per hour. After 1 year the salary
  increases to € 11.52 gross per hour excluding allowance. After 2
  years this is € 13.27.
• Additional 12,5% over every hour worked in case you are
  available for both shifts (day and evening shift). In this case
  your salary would be €11,09 per hour
• Travel allowance with a maximum of €6,00 per day
• Working in a nice and friendly team
• A pension plan after working 26 weeks
• 15% discount at Plukon store if you want to buy fresh meat

Who are you?

• You don’t mind working in a cold environment
• You have your own method of transportation (car) or you live
  nearby Blokker/Hoorn (bicycle/scooter)
• You speak the Dutch and/or English language

At Plukon we have 2 teachers who give lessons to our employees.
1 someone who teaches from Polish to Dutch and the other who
