the development and technical service of various product portfolios
within Business Unit Industrial & Con­sumer Specialties. To
strengthen our team for Aviation we are looking for a Technical
Application Manager who will promote our products to the relevant
industry. The position demands a highly motivated, creative,
enthusiastic & proactive individual. TECHNICAL APPLICATION
MANAGER AVIATION (M/F/D) In the department Technical Application
EMEA located in Burgkirchen, Germany Promote our de-icing and
anti-icing products to the EMEA aviation market Increase market
intelligence in the Segment Develop strong customer relationships
Technically support customers and do troubleshooting Monitor the
legal and regulatory requirements that apply to our portfolio of
products Liaise with external aviation industry bodies and
stakeholders which are key for the industry regulations and testing
standards Lead chemical lab with responsibility for several
laboratory workers Lead innovation projects for new products
according to customer-, market- and industry-needs
Cross-functionally co-work with various interfaces, sales,
production, quality assurance, quality control, legal, controlling
and support other regions in introducing the product range,
production and regulatory matters Participate/give lectures at
international fairs, conferences or specialized industry working
groups Be the Technical Product Manager for the relevant range of
products Minimum of a Master’s degree in natural sciences
(chemistry, material science, chemical engineering or similar) Good
communication profile to build deep customer relationships Fluent
in English and German language Independent, responsible and
goal-oriented work on schedule Project management skills Team
player in cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams Willingness
to travel up to 50% of their time Location preferably in the
