We strengthen our teams in different areas of the company.
For support we are looking for you at our location in Berlin at the
earliest possible time as a Attorney / Rechtsanwalt (m/f/d) Your
Responsibilities: Assist and eventually lead company’s capital
markets (debt / equity), financing, acquisition, M&A and other
corporate transactions Work with outside counsel, banks and
auditors to review and manage transaction workflow and
documentation Provide advice, feedback and drafting assistance for
a variety of legal documentation such as prospectuses, sale and
purchase agreements, lending agreements and financing agreements
Assist company in developing and implementing corporate governance
and compliance systems Your Profile: 1-5 years of professional
experience in an international law firm or comparable in-house
experience focusing on corporate transactions   Admitted to
the bar in the US, the UK, or a European jurisdiction (Germany,
France etc.) with relevant working experience and also recent
graduates of legal/LLM programs who have completed internships at
law firms / in-house and are in the process of becoming admitted to
the bar Spoken and written English at a professional working level,
fluency in German or French is a plus Very good communication and
presentation skills Experience with corporate governance and
compliance requirements is a plus Self-motivated with the ability
to self-manage-time and projects Willingness to tackle new projects
