Management m/f/d – This is an outstanding opportunity to join
Dentsply Sirona’s fast-paced Chief Technology Office and establish
a departmental presence on Dentsply Sirona’s Bensheim
campus. Thought leadership in dentistry is our ambition and
innovation leadership our strong heritage. You will be instrumental
in orchestrating us to build a company-wide, internal, and global
external Innovation Community. This position will report to the
Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer and will be
located in Bensheim, Germany. Key responsibilities: Project
planning, execution and success control Conceptualizing, organizing
and conducting workshops and events Help to orchestrate steering
boards and leadership teams Support cross-functional teams and
motivate them to work together in the most efficient manner
Preparation of conceptional and strategic presentations Work
closely with internal stakeholders to understand business
requirements and technical capabilities Support in simplifying and
consolidating internal innovation processes Building effective
cross-functional relationships and structures, able to maintain a
strong knowledge of products, services and objectives of Dentsply
Sirona No direct people responsibility foreseen Requirements:
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Science,
Economics or similar qualification 2-3 years of professional
experience Outstanding written, oral and interpersonal skills and
the ability to identify and prioritize issues and provide solutions
to key stakeholders with hands-on mentality Strong conceptional,
analytical and strategic thinking Excellent project management
skills A sound command of Excel and Power Point is required Strong
personal credibility, excellent team-working skills and ability to
build strong working relationships Well-organized and efficient;
and an excellent attitude to learn Fluency in English and German is
required, any additional language skills are an advantage
