Responsibilities

I) Central Social PPC Campaign ManagementWork closely on a
day-to-day basis with the central marketing team to interpret given
global marketing objective and to plan, develop & execute
related international Social PPC campaignsWork cross-functionally
and cross territory with our central marketing, creative and local
marketing teams to understand and support on local and global
Social PPC campaign requirements including related approvals in
line with global partners where necessaryProject managing local and
global Social PPC campaign executions including regular analysis,
optimization and report of performance to budget and goals in terms
of agreed KPI’sMonitor and manage Social PPC campaigns, use
targeting & audience segmentation, run A/B testing, identify
trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance according
to the insights to improve campaigns within predetermined
budgetProactively communicate innovative channel recommendations to
central marketing, based on regular campaign health reports and
related best practices and insightsPost campaign reports &
analysis for central marketingSupport on development and creation
of product landing pagesRegular exchange on a global level with
partners i.e. Google, Facebook, Snap and more II) Germany, Swiss,
Austria Online Campaign Management Manage the execution process
from asset coordination through to implementation &
reportingAsset adaption with the creative team where
necessaryOversee campaign activation ensuring on-time and accurate
delivery on booked channelsProvide performance analyses & make
recommendations on spend shift/optimization if neededPost campaign
reports & analysis for GSA marketing Minimum requirementsA
passion for the entertainment industryRequires a BA in Business,
Online Marketing or equivalent experience2+ years’ of experience in
paid social media strategy, planning and executionExperience in
paid social media, display, SEO/SEM and programmatic
environmentKnowledge and prior usage of tools like Google AdWords,
YouTube, Facebook Business Manager, Twitch, Twitter, Snapchat and
Google AnalyticsStrong digital acumen with demonstrable drive and
enthusiasm for the web and media landscape with an excellent eye
for detailA team-first player, who has a strong ability to build
relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as
working independentlyAbility to work within to tight deadlines and
across multiple projects simultaneously including complex analysis
to make recommendations and inform stakeholdersExpert user of
business communication tools (e.g. MS Office), in particular
PowerPoint and ExcelFluent level of German and English is required
(written and verbal) Further qualifications would be a plus:
Hands-on experience in the games industry or an avid player with
online marketing experienceExperience in international
multi-territory campaign managementKnowledge of the GSA gaming
