Financial Management and Treasury Accountant (m/f/d) We are seeking
for our Global Transaction Center (GTC) in Berlin for the next
possible date a Financial Management and Treasury Accountant
(m/f/d). Working together with the Expert Hub and other General
Ledger Teams; the Financial Management and Treasury Accountant
focuses on executing payments, clearings, manual bookings, monitors
limits and insurance settings and executes reconciliations. Tasks
for closing activities involve: executing local closing according
to IFRS and LOCAL-GAAP like bank postings. This job will be
unlimited and in fulltime. Your tasks: • Proactively identifying
service delivery issues and taking appropriate action, undertaking
performance improvement initiatives and usage of best practice. •
Supporting in the standard payment process by aligning treasury for
action on bank usage or other action and picking-up the payment
list and upload in banking tool and select payment medium. •
Monitoring manual payments (second review & sign-off via
banking tool and adding additional information to complete manual
payments if necessary. • Supporting manual bookings and bank
account reconciliation by executing payments and payment orders and
reporting of receivables and payments. • Monitoring the cash flows
and liquidity issue process as well as reporting issues. Your
profile: • Preferably academic degree in Business Administration or
related. • Preferably 2 or more years of experience in the field of
finance. • Fluent in English and Russian or Ukrainian (written and
spoken); any other European language is an asset. • Ability to meet
tight deadlines and manage high volume transactions. • Analytical
skills and a hands-on mentality. • Customer orientation and
extraordinary service attitude. • Co-operative and being a
