HR Consulting DACH the Project Manager DACH is responsible for the
successful management of one or more country implementation
projects eventually part of a large program with responsibility for
delivering a defined section. The main focus is on projects and
programs within the DACH region but assignments can also include
global projects. Projects are mainly focused on the successful
implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Payroll,
Time Management and SFSF Talent Suite. The role also supports the
Sales function with scoping, estimating and SoW creation and review
for all projects to ensure the full scope of an implementation is
known and documented. Your main responsibilities Manage project
deliverables, scope and expectations and coordinates project
progress with stakeholders and program management Collaborate
independently with all functional and business areas/ groups
affected by the project Work closely with Resource Managers and
supervisor to ensure adequate allocation of resources to projects
is being managed Develop and track to detailed project plan,
including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication
plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans Make
project decisions and recommendations to program management about
schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from
others as needed Communicate and report status to program
management and all other stakeholders e.g., Status Reports,
steering input, etc. Provides leadership to his/her project teams
Employ project management best practice methodologies working
within a framework that includes process definition,
templates, tools and NGA’s standards Coaches team members to
reach common project goals/objectives Identifies training needs
within his project team Managing the project budget – including the
estimates created during the funding process, the on-going
allocation of financial resources and the regular reporting of the
state of the project financials Ensuring C-sat meets the agreed
target, taking ownership with the AD, to drive improved customer
satisfaction at project level Monitors the project deliverables are
within NGA’s standard delivery model and deviations are identified
and reported Establish and maintain good, trustful customer
relationship within the projects Driving CR’s through changes to
agreed standard/contract, mitigating any commercial risk Driving
improved project performance through continuous improvement and
transformation activities Working with third party providers to
deliver contractual commitments Your main Accountability Ensure
that compliance to NGA standards and values is adhered to across
the projects being delivered Ensure first time right delivery of
projects to plan and budget Deliver project reporting and maintain
systems of information in accordance with NGA standards Ensure that
issues are escalated through the appropriate channels for support
in resolution and to raise senior management awareness Represent
Alight/NGA HRC services portfolio and take proactively actions to
place and discuss further consultancy services with the customer

Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent
Business Experience At least 4 years experience in HR
technology-project management Willingness to travel Managing
budgets in excess of £500k Vendor management experience Experience
within the HR-domain Ideally PMP certification or similar (PRINCE2,
Agile, SCRUM,…) Ideally HR Consulting and /or outsourcing industry
experience Your skills Leadership skills Ability to work in a
multi-cultural/international environment Ability to interpret and
prioritise multiple, potentially conflicting requirements Thorough
understanding of HR technology related project scopes and
dependencies Excellent presentation and influencing skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and
problem solving skills Strong risk analysis and capacity to develop
efficient and effective mitigation plans Outcome and target focused
Highly commercially aware Pragmatic approach Strong financial
acumen and forecast accuracy Clear contract understanding and scope

(customer and/or NGA team members) with according supervision
Produce good quality work, deliver technical and analytical
results, demonstrate value creation for projects Understand and
apply NGA project management methodology or recognised equivalent
for completing assignments Contribute to proposal process
independently within specified area Ideally project leadership
experience in implementing specific Cloud HR solutions at various
customers implemented/led a HR technology solution through all
project phases several times Combine methodology to new approaches
as a response to customer needs Fluent in German and in English
