REFERENCE: 75188 /17M Our client is an energetic, ambitious private
equity fund investing in companies with a turnover of EUR50m to
EUR500m. It is currently looking to hire Associates or Senior
Associates with strong modelling skills to join the team based in
Munich. The successful hires will be part of an exciting
environment and a fund which is passionate about its investee
companies. Our client focuses on minority stakes and, so far, has
invested in five companies across Germany, the most recent of which
is a pioneer in medical technology. RESPONSIBILITIES: An effective
team member throughout the whole transaction process Contribute to
assessment and origination of new investment opportunities Drive
intellectual capability and debate with a particular focus on
rigorous financial analysis Provide consultative insight to
portfolio companies in implementing their business plans and
digitization YOUR PROFILE: You need to bring ‚plug & play‘
financial skills, able to drop straight into intense analysis and
modelling. These skills may be best demonstrated coming from a
proven training programme at a large bank or a successful boutique,
working in leverage finance or M&A. You need great people
skills and a natural connection with entrepreneurs to represent the
company to prospective investee companies, investors and to the
wider market, working with the Partners to define and implement
strategic goals Intellectually agile, low ego, effective team
member, willing to learn and grow Native-level German and fluent
English language skills are a must
