Summary This position may transfer to the Defense Health Agency
(DHA) no later than 30 Sept 2021 in accordance with the provisions
of Section 702 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal
Year 2017, Public Law 114-328. The Act directed the DHA to take
responsibility for the administration (i.e., authority, direction,
and control) of military treatment facilities beginning 1 Oct 18.

You will provide written and oral reports of developmental
evaluations, family outcomes and services. You will develop
appropriate Individualize Family Service Plans (IFSP) with the
family. You will coordinate comprehensive family-centered
assessment on the resources, priorities and concerns of the family.
You will provide training to staff regarding Early Intervention
duties, procedures and regulations. Travel Required 25% or less –

certification from, or in accordance with, the American Red Cross
in accordance with Army Regulation 40-68. Two year

and a favorable determination of suitability to do so and periodic

requires a valid, state-issued and USAREUR Drivers License and must
be insurable in order to travel to other locations in the Command
structure. This position is subject to screening and update of
required immunizations in accordance with Army Regulation 40-562,
Chapters 3 and 4. This position has a mandatory seasonal influenza
vaccination requirement and is therefore subject to annual season
influenza vaccinations in accordance with MEDCOM Operation Order
09-54. This position requires the completion of a pre-employment
Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure
the continued, required level of physical health and ability or
fitness to perform the duties of the position. This position is

remain at work during an emergency situation or when inclement

training to Early Intervention Service (EIS) providers on Early

evaluate infants and toddlers with developmental delays; developing

providing home based Early Intervention Services (EIS) to special
needs infants and/or toddlers and their families. This definition
of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next
lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).Some

Additional information Direct Deposit of Pay is required. This is a
Career Program (CP) 31 – Education Services position. Selection is
subject to restrictions resulting from Department of Defense

offered to successful applicants for positions at overseas
