International Product Manager (f/m/d) Oncology – Medical Devices (Norderstedt)

Your responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the management and implementation of
  the product roadmap for our molecular lymph node analysis
  platform OSNA
• Drive conceptual design, business plans and the implementation
  of product launches and expansion in the EMEA region
• Define marketing strategies: conduct market research, develop
  customer/market segmentation, value proposition and associated
  sales/marketing tools
• Support our affiliates and distributors in achieving
  commercial targets, by collaborating for pre-sales actions such as
  KOL management, customer demonstrations and trainings (all in an
  operation room/laboratory setting)
• Ensure that product updates, complaint handling and post
  marketing surveillance are dealt with efficiently and
  effectively
• Collaborate closely with shared services (Supply Chain
  management, Regulatory Affairs, Legal Affairs, Quality Management,
  Finance) to ensure a smooth business flow and expansion
• Take responsibility for the business development and product
  launch-related communication with our mother company Sysmex
  Corporation in Japan and our third-party suppliers
• Develop and conduct internal product and sales
  training
• Organise and take part in congresses and events in the EMEA
  region

Your profile

• Degree in natural sciences, economics, medical science or
  equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in
  healthcare in a marketing, product management or sales-related
  position
• Excellent English language skills; knowledge of other European
  languages advantageous
• Distinct communication, presentation and teaching skills
• Target- and sales-oriented work style
• Ability to handle complex situations with creativity
• Willingness to travel (up to 20 %) within EMEA
