YOUR POSITION As People Development Partner (m/f/d) you will take
full responsibility for learning & development across all
departments and hierarchy levels at KW-Commerce. We believe that

flourishing. In detail this includes: Partner with our Head of
People & Culture to drive our talent management and boost a
radically candid feedback culture You will create and own
structures, processes, and strategies to identify and develop
skills needed now & in the future Conceptualize, coordinate,
organize and sometimes lead trainings and other formats Give people
perspective by among others conceptualizing and implementing career
paths and creating competence matrices Ensure effective knowledge
management e.g. thanks to expanding and maintaining our
internal wiki, peer coaching, leadership buddy program and more 😊

as well as other metrics Support people in their growth right from
the start by taking over our Welcome Week and expanding our
internal KW academy YOUR PROFILE Our team of 9 HR enthusiasts in
Berlin is looking forward to a passionate People Development
Partner who enjoys influencing the growth of people and an entire
organization. We are looking for the following: At least 5+ years
in HR, ideally focusing on L&D, in a fast-paced environment
(digital industry, start-up, headhunting, E-Commerce) You have
initiated and led cross department projects focusing on talent
management (cross-location & cross-country is a plus) People
can count on you to be on top of things – especially managing the
administrational side of People Development diligently and
efficiently You know how to foster a growth-mindset and ideally,
are familiar with other concepts of Positive Psychology such as
grit, 5 Powers (Dysfunctions 😉) of a Team, etc. You are a teacher
at heart, and you know how to make (new) things stick You are a
self-starter and “maker”: you proactively tackle things and find
creative ways to optimize them Live & breath learning &
development yourself: you know about the latest formats, nurture a
solid network and try every day to better than yesterday Impeccable
verbal and written communication skills in German and English (both
